Other Supporters
On the occasion of their marriage in 1999, Sian FitzGerald and John Davies requested their guests make a donation to the Monument Project in lieu of a wedding gift. This request generated more than $4,000 in individual donations.
The following organizations participated in workplace campaigns: Canadian Society for International Health (CSIH), Canadian Organization for Development through Education (CODE), CUSO, Doctors without Borders and South House Exchange. Their efforts resulted in significant individual donations to the project.
Chris Stone coordinated a request for support within the Stone family; a generous response followed.
